YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK!! – Did you know that as a citizen of the State of Connecticut, you can use the resources of the Connecticut State Library? It is a wonderful source of information on public policy, government, law, legislation, Connecticut history and genealogy. Many of the most historic materials must be used on site in Hartford, but there are a number of databases accessible from your computer. Some require NO library card, others your home town library card and still others, a Connecticut State Library card, easily obtainable at no charge. Take a look at the Research Databases Accessible from Home and then apply for your Connecticut State Library card.
